Position Overview: Insurance Agent & Enrollment Manager
AO South is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to take on the dual role of Insurance Agent & Enrollment Manager. This position blends client-focused responsibilities with leadership opportunities, allowing you to excel in both individual sales and team development. As a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to a remote team, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial security for families while fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth within your team.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' financial protection needs and provide tailored Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Business insurance solutions.
- Manage all aspects of policy applications, renewals, and modifications with precision and professionalism.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, product innovations, and best practices.
- Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Enrollment Manager / Leadership Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of remote insurance professionals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategic coaching to drive individual and team success.
- Foster a collaborative and professional team culture that prioritizes growth, integrity, and service excellence.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new agents, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies that enhance both client service and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred, particularly in insurance, sales, or client services.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual communication platforms (Zoom), and digital business tools (Google Suite).
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
