What’s the Role?
We’re looking for a Remote Insurance Agent & Enrollment Manager who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to take on a leadership role. This position blends helping clients find the right insurance solutions with mentoring and leading a team of agents.

What You’ll Be Doing
Helping Clients:
- Building relationships and helping families find the right insurance solutions (Life, Health).
- Educating clients on their options and guiding them through the process with care and transparency.
- Managing applications, renewals, and policy updates with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Staying up to date on industry trends so you can provide the best advice and service.
Leading a Team:
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of remote insurance agents.
- Tracking performance and coaching agents to help them reach their full potential.
- Creating a supportive team culture where everyone feels encouraged and motivated.
- Guiding new agents through onboarding, licensing, and training.
- Working with leadership to develop strategies that help both clients and team members succeed.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
✔ You love working with people and are great at building relationships.
✔ You have leadership experience (or a strong desire to step into a leadership role).
✔ You’re a strong communicator—whether you’re working with clients or coaching your team.
✔ You’re tech-savvy (or at least comfortable using tools like Zoom, CRM systems, and Google Suite).
✔ You’re self-motivated and can work independently in a remote setting.
✔ You have (or are willing to get) a Life Insurance License.
✔ Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll give you the training you need!
