Job Overview
We are seeking a Remote Insurance Agent & Enrollment Manager who thrives in a dual role—excelling in personal sales while leading and mentoring a team of remote professionals. Key Responsibilities
Insurance Agent Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic digital outreach.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Business insurance solutions.
- Manage policy applications, renewals, and modifications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product advancements.
- Deliver ongoing support to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
Enrollment Manager / Leadership Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of remote insurance professionals.
- Monitor and enhance performance by implementing data-driven strategies and individualized coaching.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture built on trust, transparency, and professional growth.
- Guide new agents through onboarding, licensing, and structured training programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives that benefit both clients and the team.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, particularly in insurance or sales.
- Integrity-driven with a strong commitment to serving others.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a remote, team-driven environment.
