Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with members through daily outreach.
- Identify financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Guide members through the application process, offering expert advice and support.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure long-term member satisfaction and policy retention.
- Assist with ongoing policy management, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and ethical standards while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
- A proactive, coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous growth.
