Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote insurance specialists to achieve sales and service goals.
- Drive performance and accountability by implementing best practices and tracking key metrics.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance to team members and members alike, ensuring the best insurance solutions are offered.
- Monitor and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency, member satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in sales, insurance, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and drive team performance.
- Experience in sales strategy, goal setting, and results-driven execution.
- Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain one).
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote environment.
